Stephen Wilson
I am a USAPL certified coach and a life-long fitness enthusiast. I’ve always been active participating in backpacking, rock climbing and mountaineering. My fitness journey has given me a broad knowledge of many different disciplines, which I use in the gym to find my clients’ best workout to fit their needs. I have both competed in and trained people for 5k through Ultra marathons, CrossFit competitions, Olympic weight-lifting, powerlifting, Highland games, and Strongman competitions. I, myself, have completed a 50k and one 50 mile race. I was the MS State champion weightlifter and MS State strongest man in [year]. My greatest pride, however, comes from the success of my clients. It is never too early or too late to try to better one’s life. I’ve coached multiple lifters to state championships and one to a national championship, but I’ve also worked with multiple people with disabilities. To me, I take just as much pride in a stroke victim being able to stand up on their own or walk with more confidence as I do in any championships. I work with people from all walks of life with the healthy living goal because I know being physically able to enjoy whatever day-to-day activities may bring is worth the work to get there.

Mary Jo Goodin
My name is Mary Jo Goodin. I’m a proud mom of 3 beautiful children. I found fitness after my first child was born and suffered from postpartum depression. I found that fitness helped me feel better about myself not only physically but mentally and emotionally. I fell in absolute love with fitness and the family I found within it. In January 2018, I had my twins, I once again struggled with some depression and anxiety. I again found my solace in fitness. After that, I knew I wanted to pursue a career in the fitness industry to help other moms and people like me who have struggled. I completed my NASM training certification in March of 2019. I have not looked back since then. I truly believe fitness is not only physical but mental and emotional. I specialize in sport specific training, corrective exercises, and fat loss / strength training. I absolutely look forward to meeting new clients and helping them with their fitness life journey!
Madison Parr
My name is Madison Parr. I have always enjoyed fitness and healthy living. I started my active lifestyle through tumbling and competitive cheerleading at the age of 5 through 18. I started working out in the gym in 2015 after a knee injury and have enjoyed the process ever since. After having my daughter, I found a new purpose in the gym for treating my mental health and took an interest in bodybuilding and strength training.
Because of the passion I found for fitness, I decided to help others become the healthiest version of themselves. I earned my NASM certification in 2022 and have experience training people for overall strength, post-injury, weight loss, and weight gain. I’m a firm believer in, if something doesn’t challenge you, it doesn’t change you. I currently attend USM as a Kinesiotherapy student and plan on continuing my education to earn a Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
If you have any questions, please use my contact information below or speak to me in person at the gym.

Sasha Edwards
Hi! My name is Sasha Edwards and I look forward to helping you reach your goals and enjoy the process!
I came to enjoy an active lifestyle by way of sports. I grew up playing soccer since the age of four and played competitive club soccer as well as high school soccer. I continued my soccer career at William Carey University followed by a season of semi pro for Mississippi Fuego, and time spent coaching youth soccer. When my soccer career came to an end I started working out and became a manager at a gym. I spent most of my time at the gym weightlifting and took an interest in bodybuilding.
Not only did I love the way my body transformed but I loved the impact physical fitness had on my mind.
I am currently a Special Education teacher and I look forward to adding a few training clients to my schedule. If you’re looking to create a happy healthy lifestyle that will build strength physically and mentally, I am confident I can guide you to the most comprehensive and enjoyable approach to wellness!
Zac Blackwell
Hi! I am Zac Blackwell. My athletic journey was cultivated in high school and collegiate football. I earned junior college and Division I scholarships as an offensive lineman. My passion for coaching, training, programming for health and fitness, and athletic performance began after my football career ended. I found myself at 6’2 and 297 lbs with no reason to maintain the mass that I had accumulated. Over 6 years of learning and experimenting with different styles of training, in combination with changing my nutrition habits, I lost over 70 lbs. I am stronger and healthier than I have ever been. My coaching encompasses different styles of training such as strength and conditioning, bodybuilding, powerlifting, and athletic performance. I have coached in the capacities of athletic development and strength and conditioning for 8 years. I am currently pursuing my Pre-Script certification in applied biomechanics and resistance training. Whether you are looking to improve your mobility, aesthetic, or increase your current PR’s, I can help you achieve your goals!
